When the service requires it, I carry out a technical site visit. In projects and construction management, it serves to understand the real scope, detect critical points, and avoid decisions based on assumptions.
In certificates of occupancy and energy performance certificates, it is the basis for gathering data and processing it correctly. In building inspections and ITE, it is the key moment to identify pathologies, risks, and maintenance needs.

Execution and monitoring
Technical criteria and constant communication
During the work, my added value is the criteria and continuity. On site, execution management implies monitoring, control and presence. When I detect a more suitable solution or a possible problem, I explain it to you clearly and we evaluate it.
In procedures, the priority is that the documentation is well done and presented without errors to avoid delays.

On site, one of the aspects that most reduces the client's stress is traceability. When appropriate, I prepare periodic reports and record what is decided, what has been executed and the points to take into account.

When the work is documentary (certificates, energy certificates, reports, ITE), I deliver the documentation prepared so that you can use it directly with the real estate agency, notary, community or administration. If any questions arise or any step needs to be completed, I accompany you so that the process does not get stuck at the end.
