I have been connected to the sector from a very young age and, as a registered technical architect since 2019, I have established a way of working based on professionalism, reliability, and seamless communication.

For administrative procedures such as certificates of occupancy or energy performance certificates, I apply a result-oriented methodology: clear data, site visit, efficient processing, and documentation ready to be delivered directly to real estate agencies, notaries, or local authorities.
